Well, this site has been featured at MSNBC's Red Tape Chronicles. I am slammed today with client work, but I decided to check my server logs. All I can say is wow! I have received a bucketload of e-mails (from "thanks for passing on the info" to "you go get-em" to "how do I do the same"). I shall endeavour to respond to all of them. Please read the appropriate sections of this site for help. I shall be posting some more information in the coming days (e.g. how the TCPA relates to cell phones and facsimiles), as well as more tools (e.g. ability to create an account here to track your telemarketing calls). Thanks for visiting and pass the word on to all. The only way we are going to teach these folks that they must comply with the law is if we make it unprofitable for them to break it!
