Complaint: The guy called saying he was calling on behalf of Morgan Stanley for some type of survey;he asked for my wife by her first name. She believed that this was a genuine call. He then started asking many probing financial questions. Finally my wife realized that something didn't make sense,and told him that she did not want to continue the "survey".

Complaint: After calling numerous times in which I didn't answer and caller did not leave a message, I finally answered. I quickly but politely told the caller that if this was a solicitation call we are on the do not call list. His response was, "Well, this is not a solicitation call. We were actually going to give somebody some money, so you have a nice day." Had to laugh at that one! Nice attitude buddy!

Complaint: They said that they were Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and wanted to ask me a few survey questions. I am happy that I looked up their number before I answered any questions. They called me twice and both time I was busy. They said they will be calling me back and this time I am ready for them.
