Complaint: These people called me at work offering me a "grant" that I never asked for and do not need. When i told them I didnt need it and I already have a college education. The operator on the line Ricky Foster proceeded to ask me to send him money via Western Union. When I asked him where to send it he said to another country. This is obviously a scam....be careful. And when you hang up they keep calling you back.
