Complaint: ANOTHER NUMBER FOR ACCOUNT SERVICES WITH A RECORDED MESSAGE TO LOWER MY CREDIT CARD INTEREST RATES--IT'S A TOTAL SCAM

Complaint: Called offering me a reduced credit card percentage rate on my credit cards, I do not own any credit cards. Just a recorded msg, then disconnected on me.

Complaint: Some scumbag telemarketers from Boise, calling my ATT cell. Missed it, since my phone was off at the time. Voicemail caught part of the message in progress, left at 17:47 on Fri, 2/25/11:
"...First Financial services with some good news! This is your official notice that effective today, you are now eligible to lower your credit card interest rates to as low as 4.9%! The Federal Reserve has just lowered the interest rate as a stimulus to help the economy!
In order to lower your credit card rates, you need to respond immediately before your eligibility expires! Please consider this your final notice. Press 1 now to speak with one of our customer service agents."
First Financial Services is also a scam that is well-known to the Federal Trade Commission. http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt178.shtm You can file a complaint with the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov
You can also file a complaint with the Do Not Call registry at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx (note: You don't need to be on the Do Not Call list to file a complaint for this call, since the call was a recorded message).

Complaint: pushing "low interest credit cards" guy w/ southern accent very rude when asked him to stop calling or take my number off the list - mocking and rude

Complaint: Calling 3-4 times a day about consolidation of credit card debt. Rep threatened to call me at 4am and blow up my phone and then hung up on me after I immediately told him he was calling my cell phone.

208-891-4017 calls my AT&T cell phone here in Connecticut daily with an "urgent" recorded message.
It claims this is my final notice and that several messages have been sent to my home.
It is an offer to lower my interest rates.
When I press "1" a male voice with a call-center sound in the background asks me if I'm calling to lower my interest rates.
I answer "please remove me from your calling list" but he has already hung up. Of course I'm already on the do not call list.
I will enter the number in my phone's address list as "spam" and set the ring to silent.

Complaint: they have called twice and said they are card services for visa and mastercard. they said they would take me off their call list-be interesting to see if they do.

Complaint: In the l;ast week I have gotten 13 of thease type of calls on my cell phone the number is blocked & new & they are still getting thru. Plus on the due not call list.

Complaint: They called 3 times in 15 minutes leaving a message that this was my final notice to take advantage of their offer. They call every day several times a day. I have repeatedly asked them to remove my phone number from their list
