Complaint: Calls at 5 - 6 a.m. Pacific time and wakes us up. It's a fax machine, but if we let the answering machine pick up it continues ringing as a fax on the message. STOP! UGH This area code is out of Los Angeles, CA.

Complaint: On 4-27-11 I recieved a call at 4:00 AM CST from this number. I have read the post and this has been occurring for over a year. Can anyone stop this?
