Complaint: I have tracked down the company that provides them phone server. It used to be called Qwest Comm but is now called Century Link. They have a call annoyance hot line but technically its for their own customers. Here is their phone number: 800-582-0655 I suggest everyone call this number as many times as you get called so they start realizing they need to stop service for this telemarketing company. They would not provide me with any account information on the phone number and they refused to take my complaint because I was not a CenturyLink customer. I would not be so mad if it wasn't for the fact that I am on the national no call list since 2003 and they provide a service to remove your phone number yet they still don't. If they would actually stop calling then I would stop annoying their carrier. I also found out my mother-in-law who they are trying to reach did not have an EBR (established business relationship regarding diabetic supplies) so they should have stopped calling according to FCC regulation after 3 months. It has been almost a year now and I get the call once every 20 or so days. They just won't stop calling.

Complaint: damned nuisance calls....2 or 3 daily. Asked them to remove us from their calling list. They didn't; or don't understand English. The calls continue..............

Complaint: These people call every 10 to 15 minutes saying "according to their records" there are diabetics at this number. I have asked twice that they remove the home phone number from their list...to no avail. They just keep calling.
