Complaint: A woman called and claimed that I was in collections for a company called Maximus, for something I never ordered. Their scam is to send unsolicited magazines to an address and then bill you for them. I don't want the magazines, and told a prior rep to cease and desist. The woman that called me today was verbally abusive and condescending.
