Complaint: got a call today saying police were gonna arrest me for loan fraud? i told them not sure what you are talking about they said i will when they arrest me at my place of employment as they read off my s.s.number and previos bank account number that was closed in january.they hung up on me i called back they were very adjated over my closed bank account hung up again wood not answer phone any more when i called back contacted local police said it was a scam and they cant do anything about it

Complaint: Making allegation against me that I have not done, telling me I have taken someones money and ran off with it. They will not give me the name of the company and was screaming at me when I told them I have never taken out an oline loan. When I started getting aggervated, I was hung up on twice, when I tried to call back they would not answer the phone. These people are gathering information off the internet and running scams on people. This kind of telemarking should be outlawed. They proceeded to tell me I was going to be arrested for stealing money from someone. This is rediculous that companies or people like this can get your information online and call and threaten you like that to try and get money from people. This is truly a case of INTERNET FRAUD!!!
