Complaint: I received 3 phone calls on my cell phone, at 7:30pm, 9:32pm and 10:07pm. Each time, there was noise in the background, like an office environment, however, no one responded when I said hello. I do not know anyone in the Norfolk/Va. Beach area and was not expecting a call from anyone. I believe these may have been telemarketing calls, unsolicitated, disturbing me at a late hour and in violation of Federal and State law.
