Telemarketer/Company Name: Real Meds, USA Meds. Online Pharmacy
Telemarketer/Company Number: Unknown Caller
The Story: These phone calls started 5 years ago and they call anywhere from 3 times a day to everyday, 5 days a week. The reps sound as if they are foreign, possibly East Indian but when you ask them a question the phone 'magically' gets static or they mumble. My current log is they have called everyday this week at least once and on Wednesday they called 3 times. I have repeatedly asked them not to call, I have threatened them, I had told them I died as a result of the medications they are trying to sell me and they ask if there are any other medications anyone in the household would like ! I have told them they have the wrong number, hung up on them, kept them on the phone, asked for their phone number, address and website which of course they refuse and hang up on me. I cannot get their number as the caller i.d. always shows 'unknown caller'. I have searched the websites and cannot find any information on the above listed companies. I could change my phone number but the problem is I will more than likely get another number with even more aggressive telemarketers. Right now I am working with my local telephone company to get the records to these phone calls and hopefully the 'company' who is making them and the local law enforcement is putting a trace on my phone too. We will see if I can get results now....I doubt it and my next move is to start 'chatting' them up every time they call, taking up there time but committing to nothing, my move after that is to fake a heart attack or some other emergency in hopes one of the reps has a heart (which i seriously doubt) and calls an emergency agency which would have a log of the call. I really don't know what else to do except just hang up everytime they call. It's frustrating that people have to live with these idiots. YOu can bet if we finally track them down I am either going to sue them or head on over to India, get THEIR numbers and the numbers of their government officials and call THEM every single day for the next 10 yrs.
