The Story: This number calls my cel phone 4 or 5 times a week. There is no response when I accept the call and the number cannot be returned.
This is an utter nuisance. I suspect it is Allstate which make me disinclined from purchasing any additional insurance from them

The Story: I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks now and sometimes more than once a day. When I am at home and answer the phone, there seems to be no one on the other end. When I am not at home, there isn't a message left on my machine. This is beyond annoying.
