Complaint: stop calling this number! its a non published number and i am on the do not call list

Complaint: This number should always be reported as a telemarketer if you are on the no calls list. This telemarketer is one that when you answer they are not there. Once they see your line has been picked up they come online and start their pitch. If you do not want to listen, they are rude. THey will hang up on you as well.. But they will call back. Number comes up landline out of Portland, Oregon. Beware.
