Complaint: how bout you get a job and leave the working people alone , if i had your address i would come and visit you for a while and talk about the interest rates

Complaint: Card member services called me, it was a recorded message. When I spoke to an operator and asked him to take me off his list, he tried to sell me for a bit. Then called me ma'am, and when I told him I was a man, proceeded to call me gay expletives. I remained civil and he kept shouting and finally hung up (without confirming removal).
Calling back led to "mailbox full," of course.

Pretend to be a bank who is issuing the credit card. If I am not applying it (credit card) with minimum of three thousand dollars, my credit card will be terminated and no more chance

Complaint: My minor son is receiving calls from this number and if I try to call back, I get a recording that the mailbox is full. Please stop calling 610-781-9517

Complaint: "Card member services. This is your final courtesy call before we close the file on your end for your credit card account review.We have sent you several courtesy notices to your residence. This will be the last time to take advantage lowering your credit card interest rate to as little as6% on all of your credit card accounts. The only requirement is you must have at least $3,000 between all your credit card accounts and have one in good standing. Press 1 now to speak to a friendly customer service agent."
I pressed 1 and asked where they were located and they promptly hung up on me.
