Complaint: I have also had some missed calls from this number. I was finally able to answer, and they are legit. They call on behalf of insurance companies to verify information on their providers for insurance directories. Here is a link I found. www.enclarity.com/providerfaqs.php

Complaint: I received a call from a very fast talking individual from this number requesting information about my professional identity. She claimed she was calling on behalf of a "directory" for an insurance company. After I hung up, I realized that she had not identified herself. This seems to me to be a scam, and I am likely to contact the Minneapolis Better Business Bureau as well. When I attempted to call back, I got a recording which did not permit me to leave a voice message.
