Complaint: Called to ask for business owner then hung up.

Complaint: Got a call from (619) 929-3499 today, around 2pm EDT. I said "Hello, this is "...MY REAL NAME". He said "Are you the owner?" in a strong voice. I heard lots of noise in the background... 2 women and 2 men. Each having conversations with other people. I said "Can I help you? Who am I speaking to?" He repeated "Are you the owner?" Again, more noise in the background.. This time "he" said something to one of the women... sounded like instructions... and then he hung up the phone.
