The Story:
I am continuing to receive calls from this number on my cell phone. I do not answer calls from people or numbers I don't know. Whoever this is never leaves a message.

The Story: I just got a call from this # also and at the time my cell didn't have good reception & I tried to call it back but it had an automatic hang up feature so I couldn't call back who originally called to find out what the call was for and who it was from.
The person never called back. It sounded like a guys voice. I do not like to answer calls from unknown numbers either.

The Story: just got a call from this number. before calling it back looked it up and found out that who ever this is is making prank calls. and you can never reach them. They didn't leave a message.

The Story: This guy called (and I actually picked up - silly me) He spoke with a heavy accent but it sounded like he said his name was "meg" and was calling from some acronym with the word debt in it - I had been approved for some wonderful plan. I told him I wasn't interested in his scam and hung up. He actually called back and said it wasn't a scam and I hung up again.

The Story: SCAM!!! They call a lot and leave the same message on my voicemail claiming they have my "application signed and approved" for debt consolidation and just need me to verify a couple of things. I never heard of these people and I certainly NEVER filled out any application. That would be ludicrous because I carry absolutely no debt. Sounds like a scam to me.

The Story: I received a call from this number, now 3 times, and it's been to my place of business. They're telling me I signed up from some debt consolidation plan and have been approved. They say I've signed up online and filled out paperwork. First off, I do NOT fill anything out online and I do not use my work number as a contact. He continued to argue with me that I had signed up and I had used my work number. I asked him if he had any other info, which he did not, and I asked if he'd purchased my information from someone, and he said he could not answer that. I asked if I could talk to his supervisor, and he said no. I told him to stop calling my place of business and he actually asked if there was another phone he could call me on. After yelling at him, he finally gave up. I don't know who this person is and I couldn't catch the company he said he was calling for, his accent was too heavy and he mumbled it. Do not pick up these calls!

The Story: received two phone messages with information on how to get in touch with some person- I can't clearly here his nsme- trying to get me to call him back.no way

The Story: This phone # has called me on my unlisted #, asking my name in full....Can't understand the person--must be in a highly populated spainish / mexican area.
I never answered the 1st call, they called the 2nd time and I requested that my unlisted phone # be removed that is OPT-OUT from there call list and data base. I was told that they will continue to call unless I confirmed my name. I would not confirm because it's not there business to know 1 drop of info. A day later I was called again and now the Spainish speaking asshole got me to report the # to Verizon.
The said that I filled out a paper to request info. on how to get out of debt. NOT TRUE!!!! I would never do that!! I only deal with local business in my area.

Then the guy argued that I have to have debt-medical bills, credit card debt, etc.---I told him it's not your business and NOT TRUE!!!! I would never fill out a paper to request info. I hung up the phone and called the # back asked for a manager.....got a guy named Scott, the floor mgr. Told him the same to OPT-OUT my phone # from there data base. By now I was yelling to get the point across.... I Told Scott that the Guy prior to him Named TREVOR would not OPT-OUT my phone #. Scott did tell me that in order to OPT-OUT I needed to give my #. I did, and I did the day before, too. By then there was nothing Scott the floor mgr. could say that I would listen to. I told him that his workers were f@@@king spainsh speaking assholes and that he(Scott) should put out a memo not to call my # again.
BEWARE I have no idea how I get theses unlucky phone call I hope they stop!!!Cuz I won't. I'll be that companies worst nightmare. You can bet on that!!
