Complaint: These callers say they are from Macy's but I verified thru Macy's that it wasn't them. First they asked if I had a Macy's or Bloomingdale's credit card and wanted to know the number to veryify. I said I'm no fool and I don't give my credit card #'s to strangers that call and hung up then the calls started coming over and over 6-7 times a day and over a period of 2 weeks they must have called over 100 times. I had to put a block on this number but it is costing me $4.99/monthly to do so.

Complaint: I receive these call 4 or 5 times a day. I am on the do not call list. These calls need to stop now!!

Complaint: Who is this person? They call and do not answer when I pick up the phone. I will report their number to the local authorities and try to find a solution. They are behaving like a sick person and needs to be dealt with.

Complaint: This number is on my phone id every day and when I call back you will be on hold for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Never a live person comes on to talk to you!!! Please STOP

Complaint: I have been getting daily phone calls from this number, when I return the call (no message, indicating a company or who is calling), I am put on hold for extremely long periods of time (the last call I was on hold for 57 minutes) but told how important my call was . . . . and I don't even know who it is. I can't afford to pay for calls like this!

Complaint: I get a call once or twice a day from this number. It only rings 3 4 times and ends before the answering machine picks up.

Complaint: This person has been harassing me by calling 7-8 times a day, as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m., started 2 weeks ago (around January 5, 2011), never leaves a message, just KEEPS CALLING! So, if it is of any comfort, this is most likely a telemarketer, so you can just ignore the calls... UGH.

Complaint: This number continues to call and when answered no one talks. This is harassment. When you return the call,the company does not identify themselves and you are on hold and no one answers. Isn't this harassment.
