Complaint: This number calls constantly every day 3-4 times per day for weeks and weeks. We just no longer answer our home line anymore. We have no overdue debt. I thought being on the Do Not Call list meant freedom from unsolicited phone call harrassment!

Complaint: These callers say they are from Macy's but I verified thru Macy's that it wasn't them. First they asked if I had a Macy's or Bloomingdale's credit card and wanted to know the number to veryify. I said I'm no fool and I don't give my credit card #'s to strangers that call and hung up then the calls started coming over and over 6-7 times a day and over a period of 2 weeks they must have called over 100 times. I had to put a block on this number but it is costing me $4.99/monthly to do so.

Complaint: This is a number purporting to be Macy's collections department. THEY ARE BOGUS!! I started receiving numerous calls a day and wouldn't answer. I accidentally answered one day thinking the call was from someone else (didn't have my glasses on and couldn't see caller ID). The person asked for me by name and said that my Macy's account was past due. She also asked if I could make a payment immediately and to verify my home address. Interestingly, I happened to be in Macy's at that very moment! My Macy's account has always been in good standing and I had no doubt that it still was. I pretty much yelled at the idiot on the other end and told her I would NOT give her any information, I knew who they were and that I would report them to the FCC, which I did. My calls stopped.

Complaint: This number called me three times without leaving any message. I finally answered the fourth call and a man answered, asking for Karen somebody. He kept insisting he had the right number and repeatedly asking if I knew this woman. Then he asked for my phone number and how long I have had that number. If he didn't know my number, how was he calling me? Clearly a fraud of some sort. It made me very uncomfortable.

Complaint: There is some information listed on this company MCCS which says that the longer they keep you on the phone, the more Personal Identidy information they can obtain.They have also claimed to be a Collections affiliate of Macy's yet Macy's has no clue who they are!

Complaint: It has been several weeks since this number keeps calling, no messages. When i called back to check whom it was, i was hoping for a company id message, instead no one answers except for a outgoing message to the likes of : "for training purpose your call may be recorded..." !?!? On another site that helps is reverse id, it seems to be registered in WA state!?!

Complaint: I called Verizon from where this caller's service is being provided. Verizon cannot do anything to discipline their subscribers of misuse. However, your phone service provider might be able to block this psycho caller's number. This person has been calling us day and night, daily. Same thing: no answer, once talking about a lame Macy's late fee, and another time being told to take us off of their call list, but still they continue to call. They are obviously preying upon somebody, unprepared and naive, to answer their call. Police from St. Petersburg, FL, where this caller is apparently calling from, says that the person being harrassed must call their local police and authorities. The recipient of the call must notify their local authorities to report the harrassment. And I would suggest that we all do this. The more the merrier. Together, we can all reverse our roles and seek some disciplinary action upon this person and others like them. And not allow them to think that they can actually get away with such cowardly and bullying tactics of deviant manipulation and theft. I would encourage everybody to call and report this caller's number to your local police. And maybe if you're in the St. Petersburg area, you could pay them a visit face to face and discover what a coward they really are. Best wishes to us all in fighting back against cowards like these.

Complaint: This person has been harassing me by calling 7-8 times a day, as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m., started 2 weeks ago (around January 5, 2011), never leaves a message, just KEEPS CALLING! So, if it is of any comfort, this is most likely a telemarketer, so you can just ignore the calls... UGH.
