After being asked three times who she was with, the caller finally said Credit Services and started asking me questions about my credit card account balances and interest rates. I said I'd like to have that information in front of me and asked her to wait while I got it. She said it wasn't necessary to have anything but "ballpark" figures. I said I wanted exact figures in front of me and it would only take a minute to get them. Caller hung up.
