Ross Recently Wrote: CAN NOT GET RED CROSS TO CEASE CALLING ON SUNDAYS AND OTHER FREQUENTLY INCONVENIENT TIMES. CAN SEE THAT THEY HAVE LOST ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL OF THE CALL FUNCTION. BEST WAY TO GET THIS CORRECTED IS TO STOP ALL DONATIONS TO THE RED CROSS. IN SUFFICIENT NUMBERS THIS WILL FORCE CHANGE! GIVE TO ANOTHER AGENCY THAT MEETS YOUR SPECS. HAVE SWITCHED TO ANOTHER SERVICE AGENCY.

Kenneth Recently Wrote: I get a call from this number every few weeks. When I answer, I say "hello." Which triggers a voice system to say, "We could not understand you. Please call us at [phone number]." They never say who they are or why they are calling. Every call has the same "error" message above... which is silly, since it appears that my saying hello is the trigger for their response in the first place. Looks like a phishing call of some sort.
