Complaint: They call twice a week and when I tell them to stop calling they hang up on me

Complaint: We already know it's a telemarketing scam for credit card refinancing. Why doesn't our U.S. Government DO something. WE pay their saleries, obey they're laws while all they are worried about is getting re-elected and protecting the rights of scumbag lawbreakers like this telemarketer where they will spend untold millions of our tax dollars to take to court all while they change they're phone number and simply keep doing business. I am Sick, Sick, Sick of BS U.S. Govt. laws and politics. One of these days they will ALL get what's comming to them.

Complaint: I am on the Do Not Call List. My number is unlisted and I do not nor have I ever owned a credit card. For some reason these continous calls hound me and my answering machine daily beginning at 9am and going on until late afternoon. Sometimes they call hourly and sometimes they only call once but they call EVERY SINGLE DAY. They won't leave a message. You can't call back and if you press "1" for a live person they hang up on you if you sound even remotely like you are about to ask them not to call you again. They call from numerous cell numbers all day long and each cell has a different area code. I am so friggin tired of this crap. I refuse to change my number. I cannot afford the upgrade in phone service that permits call blocking. I don't answer the calls and they just keep on coming. I would love to call them and harrass them daily.

Complaint: Same group calling, just able to use different phone #'s. they have also figured out how to use a local resident's phone # in our area. We called that resident and they knew nothing about the call; they are business owners in town so I know it was not them. What will it take to get these people to stop being able to use all of these numbers? Can't phone companies do something to prevent this?

Complaint: When they call me, I lead them on as if I'm interest in what they are talking about. Today I told them I had credit cards debt over $1,000,000 and I need help with the rates. Every time they ask a question, I would give some false info. After a while they get fluster and hang up. Works every time if you have the time to do this.

Complaint: Tried *69 to call back does not work. I asked John for his address so I could send a cease and desist letter from my attorney, and to NOT call again. Do not know id this will work We should be able to sue the phone company for information on the person who pays the bill, so we could sue them for harassment.

Complaint: Maybe there's a "kick back" sent to those lying thieves in government and thats why it keeps going on.
Should be an easier step to take to report these tele marketers and teach them a good lesson that they will never forget.
Dirty slime is all they are!!!

Complaint: non stop calls...will not pick up phone...they never leave message... when you call back it's not a working number...we are on national do not call registry, a lot of good that joke is...I'm sick of these morons doing whatever they want...they constantly change phone numbers and continue to harass people...government should be more corcerned with these issues than spending billions of dollars on useless junk or giving themselves pay raises all the time.
