Complaint: I too have been getting phone calls by them. I am talking over 10 per day. Each time I answer the call and there is no one there. After calling and chewing out the lady who works there, I found out that you can send them a letter demanding they cease and desist calling you in the future even if you have an account. Their fax number is 605-668-5535. This company's business practices are horrid at best. They obviously do not know how to maintain a phone system. I will do everything I can to make sure nobody else ever has to deal with them. NEVER EVER open an account with First National Bank of Omaha.

Complaint: I receive calls from this number 3-4 times a day. When I answer, there is no one there, and they don't leave messages. I have looked the number up and it says it is from First Bank of Omaha, which I have an account with but the account is not in use. Some have said that this is a call for a collection on a late payment, but this is not the case. Very, very annoying.

Complaint: This agency, apparently contracted with National Bank of Omaha, NE continues to phone me regardless of an account that was brought current in early February. Bank of Omaha Customer Service acknowledges the error, but is doing nothing to stop the calls. I have a complaint into the Vermont Attorney Generals Office and a Cease to Call letter in route to Bank of Omaha.
