Complaint: I received a call from a Mr. James Peterson. He stated that I was the winner of a car and a cash award from Publishing Clearing House and they wanted to deliver a package to me. He stated that I must contact the manager Mr. James Malone to get the details at 876-569-7657 ext 5. When asked why he couldn't transfer or give me the details he hung up.

Complaint: Got a call this afternoon (8/17 at 4:35pm CST) from what sounded like an African American man with a deep voice named Jordan I think. He said he was calling about my Publishers Clearing House entry. His voice was garbled, low, and hard to understand, so I asked him to repeat it. He did more clearly, and I said "Sir, I haven't entered Publishers Clearing House in years". The phone then went "Click" with his hanging up. MUST be a scam.

Complaint: Said he was a courier for UPS and had a certified package to deliver and wanted to know if I would be home. I was not as it was Memorial Day weekend. I asked to whom the package was addressed and he wouldn't answer. I told him I was going to call the local Sheriff's Dept. and report him so they could keep an eye on my house, which I did. He became very angry and hung up.

Complaint: Called and said it was UPS and they are delivering a certified package to my home. Will I be home today? I asked what address he was talking about. He replied "Your Home" back and forth he finally hung up.

Complaint: Some jamaican man keeps calling me with different #'s, but all have 876 area. He says he has $$ to send me, but I've told him to stop the calls especially after he called me 2 wks ago @ 4:00 am!!! He called twice again today & it's to my home #. I want his # checked out & he should be prosecuted!!!
