Complaint: TO: INSIDER. HEY ASS BITE, why don't you leave us your name, address and phone number. I am sure a lot of Folks would like to take a survey from you!!!

Complaint: @ Insider: I don't give a crap what your job is, you do NOT have the right to bother people by repeatedly calling. Even once is more than enough, since these calls are not really anything most people want to answer. When you call on cell phone numbers (I don't care if you personally have access to the info, your company is doing it) you are using minutes that cost the owner of the phone money. This is not the right of any telemarketer, survey-taker, or anyone else. Get a real job and stop bothering people.

Complaint: The "Insider" that posted below is an idiot and definitely has a lack of knowledge regarding DNC registry exceptions. Legitimate charities, political groups and companies you do business with are examples of the very few exceptions. But regardless, once you have asked to be removed - that's it - they're supposed to remove you. If he believes they're legally able to keep calling you especially after you say stop, he must be smoking crack. Insider, yeah right.

Complaint: Insider really has missed the point: my phone number is for my use, and the use of people I've invited to call me. The fact that his boss 'randomly' put him on the line with me does not mean I owe anything, including manners, to the unwanted caller. It's an intrusion, plain and simple. We just need to figure how to get them to go away and never return.

Complaint: I don't know who these people are and i don't care. but I am tired of these assholes bothering me. the hey call with automated dialers. I DON'T ARE WHAT THEY WANT! I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN TALK TO THEM ! They are just a bunch of lazy S.O.B."s who can't work at a real job. That goes to all of them from the big boss to the lowest one on the totem pole.

Complaint: They have called twice today, 3 times yesterday, and probably once a day for a week before that. And off and on for years! I have asked to be taken off their list yet they still keep calling. Filed a complaint with the DNC Registry today, I encourage you to as well.

Complaint: Hey, here's a reply for the jerk who posted with the name Insider" -- Even the guy who ran the gas chambers at Auswitz was "just doing his job." You just admitted you are a willing participant in these nuisance robocalls. If you bothered to read all these posted complaints, you'd see the abusers keep harassing unwilling victims regardless of any do not call requests, lists, or laws. Like you, this lowlife scum makes weak excuses for their intrusive, illegitimate spam/scam thank you Ma'am! BURN IN HELL you filthy rat!

Complaint: This company calls me A LOT! I did a research thing for them 3 years ago. They now call me several times a day sometimes. When I do answer I get lead through 20minutes of questions to find out I don't qualify for the research for some reason. It seems to me that no one or just one person actually qualifys but they get paid by whoever for all the interviews and research that gets done for free.

Complaint: I worked for pacific market research for a few years. I just want to make it clear that the workers have NO access to phone numbers or personal info. Everything is computer generated meaning a company hires us to make calls to a certain area and our computers randomly generate the last four digits of numbers. We usually arent aware of where we are calling but we dont call past 9pm on either coast. Also, the do not call registry does NOT apply, I repeat DOES NOT apply! we will never sell you anything..simply for market research purposes! Please be polite and let us finish our introduction and if you dont want to participate simply say so but if you cut us off or yell at us to take you off "the list" then we are required to schedule a call back because you didn't let us finish. Keep in mind that we are people too and don't mistake us for telemarketers or scammers and any information is kept confidential!

Complaint: The caller ID said "Toll Free." When I answered no one was on the line. When I called the number back, a recording informed me the number was not accepting return calls. The man's recorded voice said it was a marketing research company which gathers information to improve life for people like me. I don't care to give personal information about myself to help "people like me." They keep calling over and over. My number is on the national no call list.

Complaint: This number belongs to Pacific Market Research, Tacoma Washington. Contact the owner at mrosenkranz@pacificmarketresearch.com and file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General office. I have been in touch with their office and they are building a file on these a**holes. This company is apparently misinformed about the law, claiming that because they do surveys they are exempt from federal telemarketing laws. But of course that is patently ridiculous, especially since many of their clients are corporations that ultimately want to sell you stuff.

I tell them that, they say they'll take me off the call list and it starts all over again from a different 877 number. Annoying.
