Complaint: Same story. I've received a few calls and text messages. Automated "Rachel" prompts to press 9 for a lower rate. Live agent hangs up when asked to take your number off list.

Complaint: They have called me twice in the past 3 days. Whitepages.com says it's a cell phone, and caller ID comes up with Oakland TX.
It's just hung up on my machine both times.
I've been on the do not call registry for years, and I don't give the number out so I am rather annoyed that these places keep trying to call me.

Complaint: Same method as previously reported. Recorded voice stresses the urgency of pressing nine to lower your interest rated. When one presses nine and attempts to have one's phone number removed f rom their call list the representative tries to entice one with GREAT amounts or debt reduction and a future of economic bliss. they then hang up when one begins to question them.

Complaint: Received this call about 8:30 PM 2/22/2011. I am on the DO Not Call register. When I pressed 9, I got a live person that refused to give me a company name and address. Then he began swearing at me and talking to me in a manner that prompted me to hang up!

Complaint: We're on the do not call list, yet this company, using unlisted cell phones, continues to harass with their robotic sales pitch.

Complaint: I received a call from this number @ 1:50pm EST. It was from someone who said they represented Credit Card Services, and had an offer of low rates, just press 9. I pressed 9 and asked to please be removed from the call list. The response was "What are you fucking crazy, what does that mean!!! I fucking hate you!" Real professional, since I at least said please.... Just looking for some place to report this as all I wanted was to be removed from the list.
