Complaint: Receive a call from (914) 840-2596 at least once a day. When I answer, they hang up. Calling back takes me to a recording stating the business is Protocol Recovery and then another message says I'm being forwarded to the Operator. After the recording ends my call is transferred to an unknown destination where it endlessly rings without ever an answer. | |
